Presleigh's One Month Update

I can't believe it! How in the world is my little girl already a month old? This month has flown by... except at night time when Presleigh decides she needs to be awake. Presleigh is a pretty good little baby. If you keep her fed, changed, and warm then she is a pretty happy little lady. Night time has been difficult though. She still has her days and nights mixed up. She tends to sleep all day and then want to be up all night. And heaven forbid if she sleeps alone. We have been trying almost every night to get her to sleep in her own bed but she absolutely refuses. She will be dead to the world and as soon as I lay her in her craddle she wakes up and starts screaming. We have tried everything... Tonight we are going to try the pack and play and see if she likes that any better. We don't know what to do. Having her sleep in the bed with us totally goes against everything I believe in when it comes to kids and sleeping, but at this point, I am willing to let her sleep with us because if I was even more exhausted then I already am I might totally lose my mind. So for now, she sleeps with us. We are really hoping she grows out of this and we will continue trying to get her to sleep on her own.

At her last weigh in Presleigh was 7 pounds 8 ounces and 20 inches long. That was almost two weeks ago though so I am sure those stats are a little different now. We have loved having this little girl in our home and we can't wait to watch her grow!
